Make sure both devices are signed into iCloud and connected to the internet, then open ChronoKeeper on each. If it persists, on the child device open the app to let it re-sync.
Confirm Screen Time access is granted for ChronoKeeper on the child device (Settings → Screen Time). On iOS 16+ the app must be authorized; the app will guide you through it during setup.
That's by design — on a managed child Apple ID, disabling or deleting ChronoKeeper requires your Screen Time passcode. Enter it on the child's device to make changes, or manage limits and modes remotely from the parent app over iCloud.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See the FAQ for what happens on a lapse.
